Our Second Wedding Anniversary

Christmas was a busy week for us, because our 2nd wedding anniversary was on Sunday, the 28th. Unfortunately, Jeremy was very sick and was throwing up all day. He lost 12 pounds in one day from being sick. I felt so terrible for him, but luckily, we were able to celebrate the following weekend. Jeremy got me my favorites... flowers and chocolate covered strawberries! We got our first ever couples massage and went to dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. I'm so happy to have been married to him for two years. He's the most perfect husband and I couldn't ask for anyone better.

Holiday Season

Jeremy and I had a very long Christmas break, and it was so fun to be able to go to both of our families houses during Christmas. We first went to Idaho to his parents house for about five days. We helped put the Christmas tree up, went shopping, and played games. We made gingerbread houses, read the Christmas story and opened pajamas on Christmas Eve. Jeremy's birthday was on the 26th, and since we would be at my parents house for his birthday, we decided to blow candles out early in Idaho.

Jeremy and I opened presents and ate breakfast at his parents house before we left for Honeyville. It snowed overnight between 6 to 8 inches. We were definitely happy to wake up to a white Christmas!

Jeremy got some onion chopping glasses :)

This is me measuring the amount of snow we got. That specific spot was 9.5 inches.

The freeways were pretty bad up until Pocatello, and we saw a few cars that had slid off of the road. It took a while, but we made it to my parents house. We opened our presents when we arrived and then just played games all day. I didn't take too many photos... other then of my sweet nieces.

On the day after Christmas (Jerm's birthday), we went to Salt Lake City to pick up Chad, Kelsey and Jason from the airport. We all met for dinner at City Creek in between flights. We then blew out some candles at my parents house for Jerm's birthday.

All in all, it was a great Christmas! I'm so happy we could see both of our families and take so much time for vacation. We were so spoiled and are so grateful for the amazing families that we have.
