Pregnancy Update

Well, today is my due date, but there isn't a baby here quite yet. I went to the doctor yesterday, and she said baby girl isn't even close. We're going to strip my membranes on Monday in hopes that it will cause me to go into labor so I can avoid being induced. I went on maternity leave one week ago, which now seems like perfect timing, because sleep has gotten so much harder in the last week!

I'm getting a whole lot more swollen and I'm easily exhausted. Jeremy has been the sweetest and has basically done anything and everything for me.

I know I'm going to miss those little baby kicks and hiccups in my belly when she comes, but I can't wait to cuddle her! I'm so excited to see what she looks like and I'm running out of patience :).

This is me at 34 weeks along

Kayaking in TN

I left Tennessee three weeks before Jeremy did. I was almost 30 weeks pregnant, so we wanted me to see my original doctor in Salt Lake since that's where I'm delivering. I moved in with my mom and dad until Jeremy came back and then we moved to Sandy. Right before we left Nashville, we went and rented a double kayak for 30 minutes on Percy Priest Lake. The lake was very close to our apartment, so we'd usually go drive by it every now and then because it also had a state park.

Kayaking was so fun and gorgeous! There was cloud cover the entire time, which I was VERY grateful for. Shortly after we finished, it started raining. It was perfect timing.

Bear World

While we were in Idaho for my baby shower, we also celebrated Teagan's birthday by going to Bear World! It was so much fun! Jeremy and I were driving the boys and it was a blast pointing out all of the bears with them. Afterwards, the kids rode the rides and went to the little petting zoo that they had.

Jeremy and I were FINALLY able to meet our newest niece, Ellie. She was born shortly before we moved to Tennessee, so we didn't get to see her until now. She is the happiest, cutest little baby. I wish I could just cuddle her all day!

Showered with Love!

Baby girl has been spoiled like crazy and we're so grateful! We first had a shower in Idaho Falls in the middle of August. Many people from Jeremy's family came and we had a great time! Cindy and Cassie threw the shower for me. It was so fun and the decorations were adorable! We had a great time and I'm so grateful for everyone that came.

My coworkers threw me a shower the Tuesday following my Idaho Falls shower. They served mashed potatoes (because that's what I've been obsessed with) and we played a few games. It was so much fun!! Unfortunately, I didn't take a single photo.

This last weekend, my mom and sister threw me a shower in Honeyville. The decorations were great, as well! My sister has a serious gift when it comes to that.

We're so, so grateful for the love shown to our baby girl. We can't say thank you enough!
