Easter

For Easter, we went up to my parents' house for the weekend. We went to an Easter egg hunt on Saturday in Bothwell. Unfortunately, I mixed up freeway exits, so we missed the hunt. It was alright though, because it was so cold! Jena got Taylor some eggs and a gold coin since we were late. She's so sweet. Taylor still got to see the Easter bunny and look at some baby animals.

I took this photo a few days before Easter.

Later that day, we hung out at my parents house. Jena came over to hang out, and Ellee helped my Dad set up the tramp. My dad is the cutest! I looked out the window and they were jumping on the tramp, so I went to take a few pictures.

On Easter, Tommy, Kirk, and Jena's families all came up. Kirk got a brand new puppy, so he came too!

Taylor got a few outfits, some bows, a little critter Easter book, a minnie mouse doll, a sun hat, a swimsuit, and a peep (for dad) in her Easter basket.

Lately

I feel like we've just been going, going, going lately. I can't believe how fast time is going! Taylor is growing so fast! The weather has been decently warm lately, so we've been taking Taylor on walks and to the park. She's been in a swing a few times, and really likes it. She also likes her sunglasses.

She can hold things really well now and loves to play with toys.

Some days, I spend the entire day playing with Taylor. I won't do the dishes, laundry or even make the bed and I'll just play. I just don't want to miss a moment, and I'm sure I won't regret it.

Last week, I had to have my very first root canal. It was pretty terrible. I had to drive around the entire world to get it all finished, but my sister took this cute picture of Quinn and Taylor while I was at the dentist.

Jeremy decided to play the guitar and Taylor just stared at him. It was pretty adorable.

She loves to just stare in the mirror. The other day, she kicked the mirror and was so confused.

Jeremy fell asleep after church and Taylor was wide awake and ready to play. She was kicking and screaming, but Jeremy just slept through it.

I read her humpty dumpty and she kept trying to eat the finger puppet.

Kinley's Birthday

The Heatons, Cindy and the boys came to town to celebrate Kinley's 3rd Birthday a few weeks ago! We went to Chuck-E-Cheese and Frozen on Ice to celebrate and it was a blast! Taylor loved it! She wouldn't eat during it, but Grandma Hillam got her to go to sleep. Afterwards, we went to City Creek to have lunch. Taylor blew out of her diaper more than she ever has. Honestly, it was terrible. Jeremy and I spent about 20 minutes cleaning off everything in the bathroom. That night, we went to dinner with my family because my Aunt Maribeth was in town. It was a great weekend! We love when family comes to town!

Taylor loving the new toy Cindy got her.
