Taylor is 6 Months Old

I can't believe that our baby is 6 months old! Time is going by way to quickly! She has two teeth now and can sit up all by herself. She now weighs 20 lbs and 8 oz (she's still in the 99th percentile) and she is 26.7 inches long. She had to get her immunization shots last week, and she did really well except she got a fever the next day. After she got the shots, she just stared at the nurse who did it until she left the room. It was pretty funny.

• She likes to blow air out of her mouth while keeping her lips closed to make noise with her lips.
• She loves toys that make noise.
• She's learned how to "fake cry", it's still pretty adorable though.
• She still loves to cuddle.
• Her feet are ticklish, and when we wash them in the tub, she laughs.
• She likes when Jeremy blows raspberries onto her tummy.
• She loves to splash in the bath.
• She loves to suck on her hands... and really anything.
• She likes "cuddle time" at the library. They sing songs, read books, and have play time. She really likes watching the other babies.
• She likes to be lifted up into the air and sit on Jeremy's shoulders (so she can pull his hair.)
• She rolls onto her side when we try and change her diaper.
• She LOVES frozen yogurt, go figure.
• She likes to jump up and down when we hold her on our lap.
• She LOVES other people. She'll stare and smile at everyone everywhere we go.
• She is still eating about every hour and a half, and she still wakes up 1-3 times a night.

Spring is Here!

It finally feels like spring is here! The flowers are coming out and leaves are finally appearing. Last Saturday, Jeremy and I decided to go walk around the State Capitol and Temple Square to see the trees and flowers. It was perfect weather! We saw at least 6 or 7 couples getting their wedding photos taken and another 5 or 6 getting married. I'm so happy to be able to take Taylor outside and not worry about her getting too cold.

Abra Kanabra

We went to Kanab last week with Jeremy's family and it was a blast! We stayed at the Heaton's home, and Taylor loved playing with Kinley and Ellie all day. 

We were planning on going swimming while we were there, but unfortunately, the pool had something wrong with it, so it was freezing. We still went to hang out by the pool while some of the family hung out in the hot tub.

Chris took us all over to go ride horses at his parents house. I hadn't been on a horse in a LONG time, and Jeremy hadn't ever ridden one before. It was also Taylor's first time seeing a horse. 

We also went four-wheeling near the sand dunes. We had to shuttle everyone and everything to a specific spot a few minutes away, so I held onto Taylor in the razor while Jeremy drove really slow. Taylor was holding onto the net on the side of the razor while we drove, it was pretty funny. She loved it though.

Taylor fell asleep pretty quickly, and slept for at least a good hour.
