First Time Swimming

Taylor went swimming for the first time when Jeremy's family was in town for his graduation. We didn't have a floaty for her at the time, so we just carried her around in the pool. She seemed to like it, but it was also close to her bed time, so she was zoning out a little bit. Once she figured out that she could splash, she went at it for a while.

Tulip Festival 5K

I ran the Tulip Festival 5k a few weeks ago with my friend Alison. I had a goal to finish it in less than 30 minutes, and I did it in 29 minutes and 48 seconds. I finished 27/206 in my division, 104/935 in my gender, and 236/1282 participants. 

They gave all of the participants two tickets to the Tulip Festival. Jeremy, Taylor and I went and it was gorgeous. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see it all because it was very hot, we were so hungry, and Taylor was ready for a nap.

We just wanted her to smell the flower, and then she started pulling the petals off. Whoops!
