Smithfield was having the Health Days parade and I decided to take Taylor to it. She was a little afraid in the beginning because of the firetrucks honking their horns, but once they passed, she was much more comfortable. By the end of the parade, she was running around yelling "candy!" Any time that she went to go get some candy and then a bigger kid would get it before her, she would stand next to them and put her hand out waiting for it. I would tell the kids that they didn't have to give her the candy, but they would anyway, and it would make her so happy! She would say thank you and run over and put it in the bag.
